Quality Assurance Services (QA Services) is a family-owned business. We have been servicing lab balances for 30 years. Our current customers nationwide include FDA, USDA, DEA, Hometown Foods, Martin Marietta, Morton Salt, several WWTPs, and many more companies in various industries. We also service schools, such as USF-St Pete campus, Johns Hopkins University, the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Hillsdale College, University of Maryland-Cambridge, and the University of Toledo. We are members of NAOSMM and ISWM.
What’s included in annual services?
Initial testing includes span, linearity, and cornerload. We then disassemble and clean the balance and perform any internal adjustments.
Next, we put the balance back together, calibrate and perform all tests again, finalize paperwork, and put a calibration sticker on the balance.
